Button Head Machine Screw

ASTM F835 button head machine screws have machine threads, a button-type head and hexagon recess. The ASTM F835 specification covers the requirements for quenched and tempered alloy steel hexagon socket button head cap screws having material properties for high-strength requirements. Dimensional specifications are governed by ASME B18.3. Hex Button socket head cap screws are designed for light duty applications such as securing guards, covers, and ornamental fixtures. Button Heads present a pleasing appearance to an assembly.
